I mean it's obvious that she won't come back but from time to time she still says that she doesn't want to exclude a possible pro comeback. Anna, you've played your last Pro Match on the WTA Tour in April 2003...almost 6 1/2 years ago...we know that you won't play professionally again and I am quite sure you know that, too. Why not make a final official announcement? "

added Jul 25, 2009 Australian Open - Women's Doubles competition - January 31, 1999 Anna and Martina (from then on called the "Spice Girls of Tennis") won their first Grand Slam Trophy by defeating Davenport/Zvereva 7:5,6:3. It was the very first tournament where Anna and Martina played together!
