the Arden Hills Country Club and Spa on Tuesday, July 18th. The Sacramento
Capitals hosted a "Racquets And Reception - The Caps Serve The Community"
charity auction and event. Also taking part in that event: The Sac.Capitals
players and coach Wayne Bryan.

Anna at Shore Club's Skybar
According to
a spy witness of the Miami Herald, Anna was seen with friends at
Shore Club's Skybar (Miami Beach) and reportedly she was dancing wildly
at the bar. She and her friends stayed by the bar for the majority of the
evening. She looked lovely, donning a sexy little dress and high heels.
When?: Obviously the weekend before she flew to New York (September 9-10,
2006) to attend the Adidas Y-3 fashion show.

Smash Hits reports / "Runway...": Pics, Video / "10 years"-special available
A source reportedly told "Open All Night" that
people on the tennis circuit have nicknamed Anna "Anorexikova" due to her
slim figure :-((( If that's true, I feel sorry for Anna.

BILD about thin Anna
BILD Online comes up with a short report about Anna's
outer appearance at the WTT Smash Hits event (Sept. 14th) - "what happened to
the wonderful and sexy Anna Kournikova (25)? All female body characteristics fade away
because she's starving. Just like many other stars in Hollywood. She recently
claimed that she just lost her muscles...! Sounds like a lie, doesn't it?!

PERSONAL COMMENT: Anna hasn't gained any weight, that's obvious. But Anna likes the way she looks right now and although I'd also like to see her with a little bit more weight (her perfect old tennis figure) I don't think that she's sick or that she suffers from Anorexia or sth. like that. She's thin, that 's (unfortunately) a fact. But she's still healthy and that's the most important thing.

Anna will take part
in this thursday's 4th annual "Runway For Life" auction and charity to be
held at the Hilton at Beverly Hills on September 15th.
This event is hosted by the St.Jude Children's Hospital.
Anna may appear on the catwalk again with other celebrities (on behalf of the
St.Jude Children's Hospital).
Interesting: The celebrity-turned-models will walk a virtual underwater
catwalk in an under-the-sea adventure inspired by the film "The Little
Mermaid."

Sport-Express.ru has published a new Interview with Anna (probably from ELLE
Magazine 9/2006) and Anna talks about what she's doing since she stopped
playing on the pro circuit (BGCA, DVD for women, WTT, charity work), reveals
that a titanic plate is still in her foot (surgery in 2001), she
states that she wants "to reachts new heights, but in other areas" and that
"after 15 years of tennis, I want a quite life" >> OFFICIAL RETIREMENT
ANNOUNCEMENT??? But...
Q: It means you'll never return to a professional tennis?
AK: For now - yes,
but I'm not going to say it's a final decision.

Yoga with Anna / new Poll / "40 Hottest Rockstar
Girlfriends"-Video
Anna, Channel One's own fitness expert, demonstrates for her young classroom
viewers the basic stretches of Yoga on the Channel One Cable Network. She's
also featured in new segments in her ongoing "One Step To A Better Me (You)"
fitness series for Channel One.
Info: All these segments have been shot at the
Ribet Academy in Los
Angeles.
"Yoga With Kournikova" and "Kournikova's crunches" can be found though video
and text tips versions through
Channel One's Student Life webpage. Look at the "Guide" box on the left

More Infos (confirmed by Rosie Crews (WTT Media Relations
Department which means this is a reliable source)): There will be a HIV/Aid Charity
Auction which will start at the Bren Events Center concourse/conference hall
within the UC Irvine campus at 4:00pm PST on September 14th. Anna is
scheduled to arrive at 6:00pm - she'll sign a few items for about an hour.
She, and other tennis stars, will also meet and greet with members of Elton
John's AIDS Foundation organization before the main event of the evening.
A press conference will be held as well - straight before the players'
arrival.

PERSONAL COMMENT: I am getting more and more worried because Anna seems to
become more and more private person with less and less public appearances!
The latest pictures of Anna came out 4 weeks ago (coming from gym in
Miami)!!! Plus: She didn't appear at the MTV VMA's, didn't play at the Arthur
Ashe Kids Day and she also didn't show up at the US Open (at least so far)!
She has confirmed to at least 3 more Tennis events this year but honestly I
fear that she'll make a sad announcement within the next few weeks! She
cannot wait with the decision whether to try a comeback or to announce her
retirement forever.
