Anna in Istanbul on Nov 2+3
Now we have confirmation that Anna will attend and represent
KIA Motors (KIA
Turkey) at the
Istanbul
International Auto Show. She's scheduled to make appearances on November
2nd and 3rd and she'll be present the new 2007 KIA models.

PERSONAL COMMENT: Kind of strange why she flew back home to Miami (Oct 27th) after she was in Europe already (Barcelona, Oct 25th) and now she flies back to Istanbul in Turkey (Nov 2nd, 3rd) and is also expected to attend a gala at Chris Evert's Pro-Celebrity Tennis Classic (Nov 4th) which takes place at Delray Beach, USA!!! Very very intense flight schedule, Anna. But in the end it's good for us Anna-fans because we hardly got to see her since the WTT season back in July.

Barcelona (Spain) on October 25th. She was there to promote the opening of a

PERSONAL COMMENT: Anna speaking spanish - sooo lovely. I hope that if she's coming to germany again I know it in advance and be able to go there.
2 days in Turkey from Nov 2nd?: It seems
that Anna is coming to Turkey for 2 days - from November 2nd!!! That's a bit
strange if it turns out to be true because she's also expected to attend a
gala (Pro-Celebrity Tennis Classic event) in Delray Beach which is quite some
kilometres away from Istanbul, Turkey! I guess we'll see.

really coming to Turkey?: Well, according to a translation of an article
publised on
tenisturkiye.com, Anna is coming to Turkey to join the sign ceremony of
KIA MOTORS which will be the sponsor of Turkish Tennis Federation for 2 more
years. After the ceremony Anna is going to play an exhibition match with Ipek
Şenoglu, Pemra Özgen and Çağla Büyükakcay.

There are news about Chris Evert's/Raymond James'
Pro-Celebrity Tennis Classic - Chris Evert was able to attract Anna when both
made an appearance at Jim Courier’s charity classic in Tampa on April 5th,
2006.
According to Charities Director Tami Starr it is planned to arrange a Sunday
featured match featuring Chris Evert, Jimmy Connors, Jim Courier and pairing
Anna Kournikova with former President George Bush!

new interview with Anna in the November/December-issue of
Tennis Magazine - quote from this Interview about her future: "I'm looking and trying to see
what's out there. I feel like I'm coming out of college, definitely having
moments where I say, 'What am I going to do?' It is a little bit scary."

back will shortchange her fitness progress: Quote: "While I've continued to

attended Andre Agassi's Grand Slam for Children event which took place in Las
Vegas' MGM Grand on October 7th. Very interesting: Anna wore exactly the
dress like back in 2003 when she attended this event!!!
