Journal: "It was just like old times" & Channel One
In her latest Journal entry Anna talks about the great time she had at the World Team Tennis Smash Hits event in Hershey (about playing with Martina Hingis she said that "it was just like old times") and afterwards she also shot some segments for the Channel One Network - both are now partners and they develop "health and fitness content". PERSONAL COMMENT: Great that there are so many Journal entries lately. Honestly, I didn't expect any hints about her tennis future plans. She seems happy with what she's doing now.

Anna at the WTT Smash Hits / Richmond news / Enrique and condoms!?!?! / more Anna & Enrique pics
Anna played at the WTT Smash Hits 2005 event in Hershey (PA) on November 7th. Anna and Martina reunited - that's AWESOME! The event was a real "Smash Hit" from a fund-raising point of view: $850,000 were raised in total (to be divided between the Elton John AIDS Foundation, the National AIDS Fund and the Greater Harrisburg AIDS Fund).
Just before normal competition (WTT format) Anna played a short exhibition match together with James Blake vs Elton John. In the regular WTT-format-competition Anna played in 2 competitions - here are the results (unfortunately she lost in both events :-(((:

Journal: Anna helps Hurricane victims / WTT Smash Hits news / new US Open 05-pics / "Kournikova template"-article / new scans / new pics / Anna and Enrique at NBA game
In Anna's latest Journal entry she talks about how she is going to help the victims of the past Hurricane desasters (Katrina, Rita, Wilma). She'll "be traveling down to the Gulf Coast in the coming months to assist them (The Boys and Girls Club of America) in getting all of the centers destroyed back up and running for all of the kids whose lives have been disrupted by this tragedy." PERSONAL COMMENT: Anna has a big heart. Well, I understand that and respect her even more for doing so much for the kids but well, I also would love to see her playing Tennis regularly again...

The WTT Smash Hits event will take place on November

Hershey's Giant Center Arena (PA) and prior to
the match there will be an auction of memorabilia at

PERSONAL COMMENT: Hopefully "Sleepdeprived" will be there and he'll be able to take photographs, although it is not allowed in general (read the "note" at the bottom of the Event Details). In my opinion, that sucks. People pay a lot of money for tickets and aren't allowed to take photos or use their camcorders. What's the reason for that???
