new house for Anna and the lawsuits / marriage stories and sighting
Remember that Anna's parents sued Anna and that Anna countersued her parents 1 week later??
Now, according to this article by the Palm Beach Post, Alla has paid $1.4 million for a home on Colonial Lane in Palm Beach's quiet North End.

Star Magazine's summary of the still ongoing
marriage rumors. New info: Anna obviously has
been spotted at a Starbucks shop in Miami on
December 16th! When she got out of her red Porsche
she didn't wear any ring and reportedly replied when
asked how she was: "It's been a crazy couple of days."
Plus: Serena, obviously a good friend of Anna, held
her fashion show at Forge (trendy South Beach
restaurant) on December 15th and Anna reportedly
missed that show because she's busy being a newlywed.
Serena said that she doesn't believe that Anna and
Enrique have married.

What to come in 2005??? / Spying fan???
There it is - the HUGE question mark! What does Anna intend to do in 2005??? I think we really can burry serious comeback hopes but what else can we look forward to??
- a few exhibition/charity events like this year?
- just a few sponsor events (Omega etc)?
- appearance in a new Enrique-video?
OR: Is Anna going to do something completely new?? What could this be?? What part will her own company "akseven" play?? Do you know more??

but if then TAKE CARE, ANNA!
Obviously he is in Miami right now and looks into
Anna's house with a telescope! He intends to make
pictures as well - I think we all know WHAT kind of
pictures he would like to take... and intends to
sell!!!!
PERSONAL COMMENT: I don't know if that's true or if he/she is just kidding (but that's not funny). Guys, respect Anna's privacy! That's unfortunately all I can say here from Germany...

Well, this report kind of sums up what recently has been reported about the wedding rumors. Bottom line: We don't know for sure if they are married or not. But such rumors still create much media attention from time to time.

Anna didn't play at Andy Roddick's Charity Event (December 12th) but she was there at least - see some new pictures here:

This is what German TV stations aired today:
- RTL "EXKLUSIV" stated that the marriage already took place 1 month ago when both were vacationing in Puerto Vallarta (Mexico | we all know the pictures I guess)! Now, Anna confirmed it (related to her comment at Boca Raton)!
PERSONAL COMMENT: Well, perhaps they married in Mexico back in October, perhaps they already tied the knot after their visit to Anna's grandparents in Moscow this April - we don't know and Anna doesn't make comments about her private life anymore (not like back in 2000 when she denied engagement reports with Pavel Bure on kournikova.com)!

Well, Anna rarely played Tennis in 2004 (just 3 occasions!!!!!!) but she didn't made an official Announcement about Retirement or Comeback attempt! She also didn't officially coment on the ongoing marriage rumors. DOES ANNA'S "NO INFO"-BEHAVIOUR HAVE AN IMPACT ON YOUR OPINION ABOUT HER???

Anna didn't play at Boca Raton :-((( / No more Omega???
This is so sad - Anna did not play Tennis at the Celebrity Tennis match at Boca Raton on December 12th (Andy Roddick's charity event). WHY??? What did she do there?
She played with kids in the Kids Zone and signed autographs. Quote Anna: "It’s something that I am connected to [chariity for a good cause] and wanted to do for a long time...I started working with the Boys and Girls Club this year in Miami. PERSONAL COMMENT: Did no one ask Anna why she hasn't played? Didn't she want to play?? For sure she has been asked questions like this but we still cannot read the answers anywhere. Honestly, who still thinks that she will ever make a comeback??? I don't and that makes me feel very sad!
No more OMEGA???: Today I've seen various TV
reports showing pictures of Maria Sharapova
modelling - for a "Switch watch manufacturer"...!
It seems to be TAG Heuer - not OMEGA! But anyway: What's with Anna?? Is
OMEGA as a sponsor already gone
but we still don't know it?? Possibly - just
remember that her last Omega event was on May 31st
this year (Plymouth, GBR)!

WTT Smash Hits on TTC / Video of Anna and Enrique
Lucky US fans - The Tennis Channel (TTC) shows the World Team Tennis Smash Hits 2004 event again where Anna played (October 11th in Irvine, CA). The program is titled "Smash Hits: Smash Hits 2004" and here are the new dates (Pacific Standard Time | Eastern Standard Time):
December 11th: 5:00 pm | 8:00 pm
December 19th: 7:00 am | 10:00 am
PLUS: Anna did say at the Press conference at the
WTT Smash Hits that she felt honored to be invited
to this event and to play with Agassi. But
unfortunately, she didn't feel healthy enough to
play Mixed with Agassi at the Aussie Open ("I need
more time to practise").

What is Anna thinking??? Is "Comeback" no topic for her anymore because she thinks that we know she already retired officially???? I don't know. Read her latest Journal entry (if it's her who writes that, I highly doubt that). Is she really good friends with the Williams sisters??? Who knows. I don't think it's necessary to comment any quote because NO WORD really deals about comeback / comeback plans!

Lexington and WTT Smash Hits Pics
Oh, I wish I would live in the USA - just to have the opportunity to see Anna as often as "Sleepdeprived" can do this! Since Anna doesn't play on the WTA Tour anymore, she hasn't played any Tennis Event outside the United States since December 7th, 2003 (Leon in Spain)! THANX VERY MUCH "Sleepdeprived" for sharing all your great pictures from the WTT Smash Hits in October 04 and at the Exhibition in Lexington a few days ago!
